The Word of Caine

And I thought my country was tight assed.

You Americans make me laugh. You claim to promote freedom, and all the luxuries and benefits that come with that freedom, but the moment anyone utilizes said freedom..... you strike them down where they stand.

Case in point. This witch hunt of your radio personalities. Freedom of Speech? What's that? Obviously over the last month, America has clearly shown there is no such thing. You began by firing Don Imus for making a joke about some second rate basketball players. Perhaps the joke was crude, but it was a joke nonetheless. However Don Imus was branded a racist and dismissed. J.V. and Elvis.... another dynamic duo of ludeness..... fired a shot across the bow of the Asian community, in the form of a humorous reference.... a joke. However, they too, were deemed racist and let go. Just yesterday, Opie and Anthony a couple of entertaining young lads who had supplanted Howard Stern many years ago were fired for on air humor.... on a pay radio service?

Freedom of Speech is not even available to those who subscribe to a service that they know may contain references that will offend? Not in America, not anymore.

What I find most humorous is that you have replaced your President with a new figure-head who lays down your country's moral law. I refer of course to none other than Reverand Al Sharpton, the crusader of prejudice. He lacks credibility, and doesn't know the meaning of the word justice yet somehow he has taken over your country without even winning an election.

Not since Adolf Hitler have I witnessed such a rapid rise to power built on a wave of racism and hatred.

This is the word of Caine.

Praise be to Caine.

Nice Caine! You are certainly on to something here. The public are sheep and the media giants (Viacom, Disney, Turner, Etc.) are very clever at shaping their thoughts. I cite the Scarlet Letter and McCarthyism as cornerstones showing the way public consensus moves to ostracize certain ideals. It is this ostracizing that makes the 'sheep' feel more 'normal'. Who knows, in ten years the public mind set may move to hang or persecute those who critique bad movies! I can see it now...there will even be a expletive word to label these people. Better yet, only the people described by the expletive can use the word. Naggers!
Luckily, people like Matt Stone and Trey Parker (South Park) continue to produce media that challenges mass media conformity and pushes the envelope of thought. And the BMKs showing that its cruel to be kind.

"Smoke weed everyday" - Snoop Dog

The media is definitely to blame for this, much like they are to blame for the creation of that douchebag from Virginia Tech who decided to kill his classmates.

We are living in the era of the Salem Witch Trials all over again.... unfortunately this syndrome extends beyond the borders of that state full of idiots known as Massachussetts.

Am I the only one who read the Virginia Tech Shooter's plays and was horrified. Not because of how 'demented' they are but for how truly shitty they were written. The fact that a senior majoring in English could get away with such inept writing, is sadder than the day when Timothy Dalton said no to Goldeneye.

Opie and Anthony (the recently fired radio team) actually performed one of his plays on air to illustrate that very point Ryan. It was dreadfully bad.

Indeed, I remember one such play, an entire two pages was dedicated to Guns and Roses's lyrics. Which should've earned a 0 for blatant plagarism as well as the fact that it was obvious filler for a story that had no purpose. In fact (Mr. Brownstone named after the song) these plays would be a source of hilarity if not for the tragedy.

I also loved how the college didn't kick the guy out after he started fires and stalked women. I mean get a slap on the wrist for stalking and setting fires, but throwing a huge keg party on a dry campus? Say it isn't so!

Well done, Mr Caine. Written like a true Brit.

Their country is indeed fucked.

And soon may be ripe for the taking...

Initiate stage 3 of the operation - and tell nobody.

The Red Coats are coming!

One if by land!

Two if by sea!

Three if bisexual!

What do you mean "IF bisexual"? Of course, they're Brits--can you even use the word "sexual" since the days of Queen Victoria (a sexy beast, if ever there was one--a beast, I mean)?

And it would be funny if the Brits tried to invade now, by land, since they don't exactly have bases on the North American mainland anymore.

Why would we invade? Many of you are already British anyway. Seriously - check out your history. The British will never invade the U.S for 3 reasons:

1.) All our soldiers are dead. They got shot to shit in Iraq.

2.) If we DID take over America and enslave its people, nobody would notice.

3.) Who the fuck wants Alabama anyway? It's not worth the trip.
